December: This month’s newsletter reflects a powerful close to the year—celebrating impact, partnership, and forward momentum. From the 2025 Annual Meeting that brought residents, board members, and partners together in community, to visible progress at 704 Grant Street where the foundations and framing of permanently affordable homes are now complete, DCLT continues to turn vision into reality. Highlights include regional and national engagement through modular housing innovation, meaningful partnerships with organizations like Habitat for Humanity of Durham and Triangle Community Foundation, and continued pathways to homeownership through monthly Homebuyer Sessions into 2026.
