- Understand the Community Land Trust (CLT) model and how it makes homeownership more affordable and sustainable
- Explore your path to homeownership and what’s possible for you
- Learn how to qualify and what lenders are looking for
- Discover financial resources, including down payment assistance opportunities
- Get clear on monthly costs so you can plan with confidence
