July was a month of growth, innovation, and community at Durham Community Land Trustees. This month’s newsletter highlights RTI International’s support of the Ashe Street Community Garden, the groundbreaking of Alma Street Commons—North Carolina’s first Living Building Challenge affordable housing community—and DCLT’s participation in Durham’s LGBTQ+ Resource Fair. We also celebrate our Durham YouthWorks summer interns, invite the community to our Summer Sip N’ See ADU Open House, and share upcoming opportunities to connect through homebuyer education, volunteer events, and affordable homeownership resources. Together, we’re continuing to bring Durham home through partnership, innovation, and community.
