DCLT is contracting with Zego to process your online payments to DCLT. Zego is a trusted service to ensure confidentiality, security, and credit reporting.

*If you would rather continue to drop off payment, you may stop by the DCLT office at 1208 W Chapel Hill St. during office hours, 9 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, through the mail slot at the bottom of the door. DCLT charges a late fee for payments received after the 5th of the month.

The Community Empowerment Fund (CEF)

CEF is cultivating opportunities, assets, and communities that support alleviating homelessness and poverty. They offer financial education, relationship-based support to homeless and near-homeless individuals, and matched savings accounts for DCLT homeowners.
CEF also manages a Community Resource Database. Oconnect.info is a consolidated community listing of local services and resources offered by government and/or non-profit organizations. The database has been compiled through the efforts of organizations county-wide and is free and accessible to anyone online.

Institute for Community Economics (ICE)

Makes loans to nonprofits that develop affordable homes for families across the United States, focusing on shared-equity housing and long-term affordable homeownership. ICE shares a lending page with its sister loan fund, National Housing Trust Community Development Fund (NHTCDF).
