Durham Community Land Trustees (DCLT) invites interested and qualified contractors to attend a Pre-Bid Meeting for the 804 Park Avenue Duplex Renovation Project.

This virtual meeting will provide an overview of the project scope, bid requirements, and next steps. Attendance is strongly encouraged for all contractors planning to submit a bid.
