DCLT In-Person Buyer Information Session

You are invited to an In-Person DCLT Buyer Information Session! Join us Aug 13th at 6PM at E Harvey Estes Conference Center for an informative presentation of our Durham Community Land Trustees organization and the Homebuyer & Homeowner Initiated Program (HHIP) Down Payment Assistance grant. Hear how we provide permanently affordable housing and homeownership opportunity through the land trust model. Speak with our staff and our lender guests. Bring all questions. Funding is available but for a limited time. Be our next homeowner.

Attend this session if you are one of the following in the City of Durham:

• Someone who wants to own a home
• A professional in real estate with buyers and sellers
• Someone who manages staff
• First time homebuyer or haven’t owned in 3 years
• Someone who could utilize up to $135k in Down Payment Assistance

• We will have a children’s area and an attendant for them to draw and do a homebuilding craft. Homebuying is a family affair
