Marcia Rogers

Marcia Rogers started working at DCLT on July 1, 2006, as Manager of Property & Sales. She has a master’s degree in public administration. Ms. Rogers previously was employed with the Department of Social Services for 10 years. She also was employed with the Durham Housing Authority for 5 years as the Director of Section 8. She has served on several boards geared towards low income families, crime and community upbuilding. Marcia Rogers have over 20 years of supervisory experience and knowledge and has several years of real estate management. She also has over 20 years in the human services field and serving the Durham community in numerous capacities with a special interest in working with low to moderate income families, families with special needs and families facing challenges due to educational and/or income barrier.
