Residents must meet 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) for rental housing ($40,140 or less for a single person) in Durham County.
Residents must have stable employment (2+ years) and meet credit and criminal history guidelines.
Durham residents who use Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers are welcome.
