Ajax joined DCLT in 2022 as our Pre-Development Manager, following a 20+ year career in Durham as a residential contractor. He works with community partners and professional services to prepare projects for action. Ajax believes in working directly on affordable housing production and preservation in the name of housing justice and challenging segregation.
