The Court at Carroll is a gut renovation of 4 units of rental housing – two duplexes with a common center court that feature 1 bedroom, 1 bath units for seniors age 55 and older.

This quad was developed in partnership with the city of Durham, NCCDI, and NeighborWorks America. Energy Star appliances, metal roofing, and tankless hot water heaters were all installed to improve energy efficiency.
