Lofts @ Southside (Phase II) completed construction in December 2017.  This is an 85 multi-family mixed-income apartment housing development on Roxboro Street, adjacent to Southside. It includes 58 units for 60% AMI and below and 27 units for market rate.  DCLT is a silent partner in this project, awarding the primary developer, McCormack, Baron & Salazar, DCLT’s low-income housing tax credits to qualify Phase II as an affordable housing development.
