These four supportive housing units were built with the Bridges Pointe Foundation, a non-profit organization affiliated with the Duke University Adult Sickle Cell Clinic.

Bridges Pointe Apartments specifically houses men with sickle cell disease on the premise of the residents providing support to each other. DCLT renovated the 3-story house (see photos), and the foundation provides ongoing services to the residents.
