The Narrative

The Grant Street Project heralds a new era of affordable housing in the Hyati neighborhood, featuring one for-sale home with an attached ADU. These residences prioritize inclusivity with ADA accessibility on the first floor and universal design elements throughout, promising a vibrant and accessible community for all. Three rental units will also be constructed.
