The Narrative

This innovative program expands the number of new affordable units and ability to build generational wealth. New construction for-sale homes are built with rental Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs). ADUs are also added to existing DCLT rental properties to maximize use of the property and increase density gently in existing neighborhoods.
