Welcome to the Durham Community Land Trustees (DCLT), where we're dedicated to developing, managing, and advocating for permanently affordable and ADA accessible housing. Our mission is to provide stability for individuals and families with low to moderate incomes in Durham, North Carolina.
To us, no single issue is greater than affordable and workforce housing.
